ENRICHMENT CLUBS

After-school clubs are beneficial for children of all ages, whether they’re making new friends, burning off energy or getting through some difficult maths homework, there is a place for every child in an after-school club.

For young children, it is an opportunity to play with friends and socialise with children who have similar interests to them. And for older children, make new friends or just be in a safe environment where they are not alone after school.
Breakfast Sports Club
Kellogg's offering a £1000 grant for 35% of children on pupil premium to implement breakfast clubs. At Rondo, we can put forward active sports sessions for children to be prepared for the day with various sports sessions from basketball, football, tennis and multi-sports.
Break/Lunch Time
Break/lunchtime is the most important part of the school day for children to engage with their peers. Others need to release some steam by doing physical activities that require structure.

We can bolster your school with rotated activities termly for KS1 and 2. Sports on offer can be basketball, tennis, archery and house team etc
Afterschool/Extended Club
The aim is for children to have a productive experience during clubs. As we know not all choose to sign up for clubs on offer due to availability. So clubs are required to be creative and not structured similar to a PE lesson. Every single child should feel it is inclusive and that they are part of a club!
